Engine 5 laid a 500-foot supply line from the hydrant at the street to the main fire building. A Blitzfire and the deck gun from Engine 5 were deployed for initial fire suppression. Truck 7 arrived and set up ladder operations in an attempt to extinguish the deep-seated fire in a large mound of trash.
